Termination by Company without Cause or by the Executive for Good Reason

Termination without Cause or Resignation for Good Reason.

Termination by Executive for Good Reason or by the Employer other than as a Result of Executive’s Death or Disability or for Cause.

Termination by the Company Without Cause or by Executive for Good Reason. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment without Cause, or Executive may terminate his employment for Good Reason. In either such event, Executive shall be entitled to the following compensation:
