Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable, customary and necessary business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in the performance of her duties and responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses as set forth in the Company’s expense reimbursement policies as may be in effect from time to time, and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time. The Executive’s right to payment or reimbursement hereunder shall be subject to the following additional rules: # the amount of expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement during any calendar year shall not affect the expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any other calendar year, # payment or reimbursement shall be made not later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense or payment was incurred, and # the right to payment or reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit.

Business Interruption. Loss of income and extra expense insurance in amounts as will reimburse Tenant for direct or indirect loss of earnings for a period of not less than 12 months, attributable to all perils included in the “all risk” or “special cause of loss form” property insurance policy required in Section 11.2.4 above or attributable to prevention of access to the Premises as a result of such perils;

Business Expenses. During the Term, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket travel and other business expenses incurred by the Executive in the performance of the Executive’s duties to the Company in accordance with the Company’s applicable expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

Business Expenses. Bank shall pay or reimburse Executive Vice President upon submission of an itemized account by her for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive Vice President in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business expenses (including related travel expenses between Executive’s home base in Dallas, Texas and the Company’s headquarters in [[Address A:Address]], or other Company locations) upon the presentation of statements of such expenses in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures now in force or as such policies and procedures may be modified with respect to all senior executive officers of the Company.

If Lessee so desires it may, at its sole expense, obtain and keep in force such business interruption insurance as it considers appropriate and Lessee shall be under no obligation to remit to Lessor the proceeds of any business interruption insurance relating to the leased premises.

Business Days. If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the state in which the Company's chief executive office is located, the time period shall automatically be extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.

Business Days. “Business Day” is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which Silicon Valley Bank is closed.

Business Purpose. No Operating Acquired Company has, since its formation, engaged in any business other than the ownership, development, construction, operation, maintenance and financing of its Project and any activities incidental to the foregoing.

WFOE Business. The Parties shall exercise their rights and powers in respect of the Company and each WFOE so as to ensure that all the activities specified in this Section 3 conducted by such WFOE shall be conducted within the scope permitted by the PRC Laws and the License Agreement, and that each WFOE shall, and the Parties shall provide reasonable assistance to such WFOE such that such WFOE can, apply for all necessary licenses and permits from the relevant PRC governmental authorities in order to engage in those activities, whenever such licenses and permits are required.
