Business Expenses. Bank shall pay or reimburse Executive Vice President upon submission of an itemized account by her for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive Vice President in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Bank’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures.

Business Expenses. The Bank will pay or reimburse Executive’s reasonable business expenses, including expenses incurred for travel on [[Bank:Organization]] Group business, in accordance with the Bank’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures, as may be adopted or amended from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be eligible for reimbursement of all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Bank’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures set forth in the Bank’s Employee Handbook. The Bank will also reimburse the Executive for fees for memberships in such organizations as Executive and the Bank Board mutually agree are necessary and appropriate in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

Bank shall pay or reimburse Employee upon submission of an itemized account by him for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Employee in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.

Business Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder; provided, however, that Executive shall, as a condition of reimbursement, submit verification of the nature and amount of such expenses in accordance with reimbursement policies from time to time adopted by the Bank and in sufficient detail to comply with rules and regulations promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service.
