Business Day. All references to “Business Day” herein shall refer to any day other than Saturday, Sunday or any other day that SEC is closed for business; provided, however, should any obligation required to be performed under this Agreement fall on a day other than a Business Day, the performance of such obligation will be extended to the next succeeding Business Day on which the SEC is open for business.
Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business expenses (including related travel expenses) upon the presentation of statements of such expenses in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures now in force or as such policies and procedures may be modified with respect to all senior executive officers of the Company.
Business Opportunities. All business ideas, prospects, proposals or other opportunities pertaining to the lease, acquisition, exploration, production, gathering or marketing of hydrocarbons and related products and the exploration potential of geographical areas on which hydrocarbon exploration prospects are located, which are developed by the Participant during his or her employment with the Employer, or originated by any third party and brought to the attention of the Participant during his or her employment with the Employer, together with information relating thereto (including, without limitation, geological and seismic data and interpretations thereof, whether in the form of maps, charts, logs, seismographs, calculations, summaries, memoranda, opinions or other written or charted means).
Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable, customary and necessary business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in the performance of her duties and responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses as set forth in the Company’s expense reimbursement policies as may be in effect from time to time, and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time. The Executive’s right to payment or reimbursement hereunder shall be subject to the following additional rules: # the amount of expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement during any calendar year shall not affect the expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any other calendar year, # payment or reimbursement shall be made not later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense or payment was incurred, and # the right to payment or reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit.
Business Interruption. Loss of income and extra expense insurance in amounts as will reimburse Tenant for direct or indirect loss of earnings for a period of not less than 12 months, attributable to all perils included in the “all risk” or “special cause of loss form” property insurance policy required in Section 11.2.4 above or attributable to prevention of access to the Premises as a result of such perils;
Business Expenses. Bank shall pay or reimburse Executive Vice President upon submission of an itemized account by her for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive Vice President in promoting, pursuing or otherwise furthering the business of Bank, including, but not limited to expenses for travel, meals, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gifts and the like.
Business Expenses. The Employee shall be entitled to receive reimbursement by the Partnership, subject to such requirements with respect to substantiation and documentation as may be reasonably specified by the Partnership, for all reasonable and necessary travel and other business expenses incurred by the Employee in the performance of his duties hereunder. The Employee must adhere to the Partnership’s policies and procedures for travel & entertainment to receive the requested reimbursement.
Other Business. The Borrower will not # engage in any business if as a result the general nature of the business of the Borrower would be changed in any material respect from the general nature of the business engaged in by it as of the Effective Date, or # form any Subsidiary or make any Investment in any other Person (other than in connection with the Atlantis Acquisition or otherwise permitted hereunder (including, without limitation, the Permitted Investments).
Business Performance. Business Performance will mean one or more objectively determinable measures of performance relating to any or any combination of the following (measured either absolutely or by reference to an index or indices and determined either on a consolidated basis or, as the context permits, on a divisional, subsidiary, line of business, project or geographical basis or
Business Expenses. Any outstanding business expenses incurred through the Separation Date for which [[Person A:Person]] may be seeking reimbursement shall be submitted by [[Person A:Person]] to Jan Carlson, HR Manager, on or before May 31, 2019. Provided [[Person A:Person]] complies with this Section 10 and the expenses submitted for reimbursement are reasonable, the Bank will process the expense check according to established business practices within thirty (30) days of receipt.
