Business Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement, in accordance with the Company’s policies regarding expense reimbursement as in effect from time to time, for all business expenses incurred by the Executive prior to the Termination Date.
Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers within sixty (60) days after such expenses have been incurred by the Executive; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the CNCG Committee.
Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket travel and other business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company in accordance with the Company’s applicable expense reimbursement policies and procedures as are in effect from time to time.
Business Day. All references to “Business Day” herein shall refer to any day other than Saturday, Sunday or any other day that SEC is closed for business; provided, however, should any obligation required to be performed under this Agreement fall on a day other than a Business Day, the performance of such obligation will be extended to the next succeeding Business Day on which the SEC is open for business.
Business Expenses. Upon presentation of appropriate documentation, the Executive shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy for all reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder. Such business expenses shall include the Executive’s reasonable hotel and travel costs associated with his commute to, and performance of services at, the Company’s principal corporate offices in Connecticut.
Business Opportunities. All business ideas, prospects, proposals or other opportunities pertaining to the lease, acquisition, exploration, production, gathering or marketing of hydrocarbons and related products and the exploration potential of geographical areas on which hydrocarbon exploration prospects are located, which are developed by the Participant during his or her employment with the Employer, or originated by any third party and brought to the attention of the Participant during his or her employment with the Employer, together with information relating thereto (including, without limitation, geological and seismic data and interpretations thereof, whether in the form of maps, charts, logs, seismographs, calculations, summaries, memoranda, opinions or other written or charted means).
Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable, customary and necessary business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in the performance of her duties and responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit and other restrictions on such expenses as set forth in the Company’s expense reimbursement policies as may be in effect from time to time, and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time. The Executive’s right to payment or reimbursement hereunder shall be subject to the following additional rules: # the amount of expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement during any calendar year shall not affect the expenses eligible for payment or reimbursement in any other calendar year, # payment or reimbursement shall be made not later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense or payment was incurred, and # the right to payment or reimbursement is not subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit.
Business Expenses. During the term of Executive's employment, the Company will reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by him in connection with his employment upon timely submission by the Executive of receipts and other documentation in conformance with the Company’s normal procedures. This includes monthly cell phone expenses.
Other Business. The Borrower will not # engage in any business if as a result the general nature of the business of the Borrower would be changed in any material respect from the general nature of the business engaged in by it as of the Effective Date, or # form any Subsidiary or make any Investment in any other Person (other than in connection with the Atlantis Acquisition or otherwise permitted hereunder (including, without limitation, the Permitted Investments).
