Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers within sixty (60) days after such expenses have been incurred by the Executive; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the CNCG Committee.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement in accordance with the Company’s business expense policy, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers within sixty (60) days after such expenses have been incurred by the Executive; provided, however, that the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for business expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive that are not covered by Company’s business expenses policy in an amount up to Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on September 30, 2020, and Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) or such other maximum amount for each fiscal year thereafter as determined by the CNCG Committee.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term (including expenses related to business travel on behalf of the Company) in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the Board.

Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable, ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures of the Company as in effect from time to time, upon the presentation of proper expense statements or such other supporting documentation as the Company may reasonably require.

Business Expenses. During the Term, Executive shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred by Executive in performing services under this Agreement in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Company reimbursement policies, procedures, and practices as they may exist from time to time. All such reimbursements shall be made no later than the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense was incurred.
