Notice. All notices must be written and sent to the address of the Party first set forth above. All notices must be given # by personal delivery, with receipt acknowledged, # by facsimile followed by hard copy delivered by the methods under [(c) or (d)])], (c) by prepaid certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, or # by prepaid recognized next business day delivery service. Notices will be effective upon receipt or at a later date stated in the notice.

Notice. Any notice or communication permitted or required by this Agreement shall be deemed effective when personally delivered or deposited, postage prepaid, in the first class mail of the United States properly or sent via electronic means, addressed to the appropriate party at the address set forth below:

Notice. Any notice to the Company provided for in this Agreement shall be addressed to the Company in care of the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Verizon at 1095 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10036 and any notice to the Participant shall be addressed to the Participant at the current address shown on the payroll of the Company, or to such other address as the Participant may designate to the Company in writing. Any notice shall be delivered by hand, sent by telecopy, sent by overnight carrier, or enclosed in a properly sealed envelope as stated above, registered and deposited, postage prepaid, in a post office regularly maintained by the United States Postal Service.

Notice. For purposes of this Agreement, notices, demands and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when received if delivered in person, the next business day if delivered by overnight commercial courier (e.g., Federal Express), or the third business day if mailed by United States certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the following addresses:

Notice. All notices will be in writing and served by electronic transmission to the addresses shown below, until notification of a change of such addresses. All such notices shall be deemed delivered on the date initiated.

Notice. The Administrative Agent may at any time give notice of its resignation to the Lenders, the L/C Issuer and the Borrower. Upon receipt of any such notice of resignation, the Required Lenders shall have the right, in consultation with the Borrower, to appoint a successor, which shall be a bank with an office in the United States, or an Affiliate of any such bank with an office in the United States. If no such successor shall have been so appointed by the Required Lenders and shall have accepted such appointment within thirty (30) days after the retiring Administrative Agent gives notice of its resignation (or such earlier day as shall be agreed by the Required Lenders) (the “Resignation Effective Date”), then the retiring Administrative Agent may (but shall not be obligated to) on behalf of the Lenders and the L/C Issuer, appoint a successor Administrative Agent meeting the qualifications set forth above; provided that in no event shall any successor Administrative Agent be a Defaulting Lender. Whether or not a successor has been appointed, such resignation shall become effective in accordance with such notice on the Resignation Effective Date.

Notice. Any notice required to be given under the terms of this Award shall be properly addressed if addressed to the parties hereto at their respective addresses indicated beneath their signatures below, or at such other address as either of said parties may hereafter designate in writing to the other.

Notice. Any notice required or permitted hereunder shall be given in writing and shall be deemed effectively given upon delivery to the Employee at her/his address then on file with the Company.

Any notice or other communication required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing to the address set forth on Exhibit A and shall be deemed to have been given # if personally delivered, when so delivered, # if mailed, one week after having been placed in the United States mail, registered or certified, postage prepaid, addressed to the party to whom it is directed at the address listed below or # by national overnight delivery service upon receipt In order for a party to change its address or other information for the purpose of this section, the party must first provide notice of that change in the manner required by this section.

Notice. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions contained in the Services Agreement.
