Notice. Any notice or communication permitted or required by this Agreement shall be deemed effective when personally delivered or deposited, postage prepaid, in the first class mail of the United States properly or sent via electronic means, addressed to the appropriate party at the address set forth below:

Section # Notices. Any notice or other communication required or desired to be given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly given when personally delivered or when deposited in the United States mail, first class potage prepaid, properly addressed to the parties at their respective addresses set forth at the end of this Agreement or such addresses as shall be given by notice of any party.

Any notice or other communication required or permitted under this Agreement shall be effective only if it is in writing and delivered in person or by reliable overnight courier service or deposited in the mails, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

All notices required, necessary or desired to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be effective when delivered or on the third day following the date upon which such notice is deposited, postage prepaid, in the United States mail, certified return receipt requested, and addressed to the party at the address set forth below:

Notices. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be given in writing, and shall be effective when actually delivered by hand, when actually received by facsimile or email with scan attachment (unless otherwise required by law), when deposited with a nationally recognized overnight courier, or, if mailed, when deposited in the United States mail, as first class, certified or registered mail postage prepaid, at the addresses set forth on the first page. The addresses for each party hereto may be changed by a notice delivered as set forth in this Section.

Any notice required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing, and shall be delivered personally or sent by first class certified mail, or by air courier, postage or other charges prepaid, to the parties at the following addresses, or if none supplied, to the addresses included under the signature line for that party, or at such other address for a party as shall be specified by the party in a notice given in accordance with this Section:

All notices, requests, demands or other communications required or permitted to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and given by # personal delivery, # expedited delivery service with proof of delivery, or # United States mail, postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, sent to the intended addressee at the address set forth below and shall be deemed to have been received either, in the case of personal delivery, as of the time of personal delivery, in the case of expedited delivery service, as of the date of first attempted delivery at the address and in the manner provided herein, or in the case of mail, upon deposit in a depository receptacle under the care and custody of the United States Postal Service. Either party shall have the right to change its address for notice hereunder to any other location within the continental United States by notice to the other party of such new address at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such new address. The addresses of the parties are as follows:

Every notice or other communication required or contemplated by this Agreement must be in writing and sent by one of the following methods: # personal delivery, in which case delivery is deemed to occur the day of delivery; # certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, in which case delivery is deemed to occur the day it is officially recorded by the U.S. Postal Service as delivered to the intended recipient; or # next­ day delivery to a U.S. address by recognized overnight delivery service such as FedEx, in which case delivery is deemed to occur one business day after being sent. In each case, a notice or other communication sent to a party must be directed to the address for that party set forth below, or to another address designated by that party by written notice:

Notices. Any notice required or permitted hereunder shall be given in writing and shall be deemed effectively given upon personal delivery or upon deposit in the United States mail by certified mail, with postage and fees prepaid, addressed to the other party at its address as shown below beneath its signature, or to such other address as such party may designate in writing from time to time to the other party.
