Notice. Any notice or other communication required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing to the address set forth on Exhibit A and shall be deemed to have been given # if personally delivered, when so delivered, # if mailed, one week after having been placed in the United States mail, registered or certified, postage prepaid, addressed to the party to whom it is directed at the address listed below or # by national overnight delivery service upon receipt In order for a party to change its address or other information for the purpose of this section, the party must first provide notice of that change in the manner required by this section.

Notices. All notices, requests, demands or other communications required or permitted to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and given by # personal delivery, # expedited delivery service with proof of delivery, or # United States mail, postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, sent to the intended addressee at the address set forth below and shall be deemed to have been received either, in the case of personal delivery, as of the time of personal delivery, in the case of expedited delivery service, as of the date of first attempted delivery at the address and in the manner provided herein, or in the case of mail, upon deposit in a depository receptacle under the care and custody of the United States Postal Service. Either party shall have the right to change its address for notice hereunder to any other location within the continental United States by notice to the other party of such new address at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such new address. All notices, requests, and communications required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and deemed given when addressed to the applicable address set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and # delivered by hand to an officer of the other party, # deposited with the U.S. Postal Service, as first-class certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, or # deposited with an overnight courier. Any notice of a change of address shall be given in the same manner.

All notices or other communications required under this Agreement shall be given to the Parties in writing to the applicable addresses set forth on the signature page, or to such other addresses as the Parties may substitute by written notice given in the manner prescribed in this Section as follows: # by first class, registered or certified United States mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid, # over-night express courier or # by hand delivery to such addresses, Such notices shall be deemed to have been duly given # five (5) Business Days after the date of mailing as described above, # one (1) Business Day after being received by an express courier during business hours, or # the same day if by hand delivery.

Notices. Every notice or other communication required or contemplated by this Agreement must be in writing and sent by one of the following methods: # personal delivery, in which case delivery is deemed to occur the day of delivery; # certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, in which case delivery is deemed to occur the day it is officially recorded by the U.S. Postal Service as delivered to the intended recipient; or # next­ day delivery to a U.S. address by recognized overnight delivery service such as FedEx, in which case delivery is deemed to occur one business day after being sent. In each case, a notice or other communication sent to a party must be directed to the address for that party set forth below, or to another address designated by that party by written notice:

Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered by hand or overnight courier or three postal delivery days after it has been mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the respective addresses set forth below in this Agreement, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. All notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and deemed effectively given upon personal delivery or five days after deposit in the United States Post Office, by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the other party hereto at the address shown beneath his or her or its respective signature to this Agreement, or at such other address or addresses as either party shall designate to the other in accordance with this Section 13(e).

Notice. Notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when # personally delivered or # mailed by United States certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the respective addresses set forth on the first page of this Agreement; provided that all notice to the Company shall be directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notices. All notices or other communications required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing shall be deemed duly given # if by personal delivery, when so delivered, # if mailed, three (3) business days after having been sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and addressed to the intended recipient as set forth below, or # if sent through an overnight delivery service in circumstances to which such service guarantees next day delivery, the day following being so sent to the addresses of the parties as indicated on the signature page hereto. Any party may change the address to which notices and other communications hereunder are to be delivered by giving the other parties notice in the manner herein set forth.

Notices.
