Trash Removal. Contractor is responsible for removing all construction debris and trash from the construction site. UNDER NO circumstances shall trash, or construction debris be allowed to accumulate. Trash removal must be coordinated through the Lincoln Property Company Management Office. No vehicles, or dumpsters will be allowed to remain stationary on the site.

Trash Removal. Commencing with the Delivery Date, Tenant shall, at its cost, be responsible to provide a regular service for trash removal from the Premises. Tenant shall contract directly with a waste management company for the removal of Tenant’s trash and shall furnish its own dumpsters/containers at the Premises. Tenant shall, at its cost, be responsible for any recycling. Tenant shall, at its cost, also be responsible for regular pest and vermin control at the Premises.

Trash removal in accordance with [Section 7.7] of the Lease. Such trash removal shall not include removal of excessive trash generated when an occupant moves in or out of the Building, when equipment is discarded, when files are purged, or construction related trash and debris. If Landlord’s trash removal company or any applicable Legal Requirement requires that any substances in the Premises be disposed of separately from ordinary trash, Tenant shall make arrangements at Tenant’s expense for such disposal directly with a qualified and licensed disposal company approved by Landlord at a lawful disposal site.

Trash Removal. Each Owner and or its Occupants shall also contract for the removal of trash from its Buildings.

Section # Trash and Refuse Removal. Landlord shall provide trash and refuse removal services at the Building for ordinary and customary office refuse and rubbish. If and to the extent the volume of the trash and refuse generated by Tenant exceeds the volume of the office trash and refuse customarily generated by tenants of Comparable Buildings, then Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, Landlord’s charges for removal of such excess trash and refuse.

Trash Removal. Throughout the Term, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense keep any Trash in vermin-proof containers within the interior of the Premises until removed. Subject to reimbursement pursuant to Section 5.2, and subject further to Landlord’s Force Majeure, Landlord shall furnish a service for the removal of Trash from the Premises. If any Legal Requirements or the trash removal company requires that any substances in the Premises be disposed of separately from ordinary trash, Tenant shall make arrangements at Tenant’s expense for such disposal directly with a qualified and licensed disposal company at a lawful disposal site.

Trash Removal. The cost of Common Area trash and rubbish removal, if any, shall be allocated pro rata as equitably determined by the Operator among all Owners who share in such trash removal services, based upon Floor Area of all constructed Buildings of all such Owners sharing in such trash removal services. Trash and rubbish removal for each Building shall be coordinated and paid individually by the Owners of such Buildings as Exclusive Use Area Expenses. Regular Assessments and Special Assessments for Common trash removal services shall commence with respect to each Building Lot upon the issuance of a certificate of occupancy or other equivalent authorization for occupancy for the Building constructed upon such Building Lot.
