Sales Milestone Payments. Subject to the remainder of this [Section 9.5], Kite shall pay to Sangamo the milestone payments set forth in the table below when the annual aggregate Net Sales of each Licensed Product first reach the values indicated below.

Sales Milestone Payments. During the Term, Lian will notify Lyra in writing of its achievement of each of the sales milestones below within ​ days after the ​ in which the cumulative Net Sales of all Licensed Products in the Territory first exceed the indicated Dollar value set forth below in Table 6.1(c) (Sales Milestone Events) (each, a “Sales Milestone Event”). Lian will pay to Lyra each of the non-refundable, non-creditable, and not subject to set-off, Sales Milestone Payments set forth below in Table 6.1(c) (Sales Milestone Events) within ​ days of providing notice of each Sales Milestone Event (each, a “Sales Milestone Payment”). Each of the milestone payments set forth in Table 6.1(c) (Sales Milestone Payments) is payable only upon the first achievement of such Sales Milestone Event and none of the Sales Milestone Payments will be payable more than once regardless of how many times such Sales Milestone Event is achieved. For clarity, the Sales Milestone Payments are additive, such that if more than one Sales Milestone Events are achieved in the same time period, then the Sales Milestone Payments for all such Sales Milestone Events shall be payable.

Sales Milestone Payments. In partial consideration of the rights granted by MTEM to BMS hereunder, on a Collaboration Target-by-Collaboration Target basis, BMS shall pay to MTEM the non-refundable, non-creditable milestone payments upon achievement of each of the following milestone events ​ (whether by or on behalf of BMS or its Affiliates or Sublicensees) as follows:

Sales Milestone Payments. In further consideration for the exclusive rights and licenses granted by Licensor to Licensee hereunder, Licensee shall pay to Licensor the milestone payments set out below following the first time that the Annual Royalty Bearing Net Sales of the Product reach the following thresholds, in accordance with this Article 6.2 and the payment provisions in [Article 7]:

Company will become obligated to pay Bain a one-time payment equal to ​ on ​; and

Sales Milestone Payments. [Section 10.5] shall not apply to the Profit Share Product or, following the date of First Commercial Sale of such Profit Share Product, any Related Licensed Products, and instead Section 6.2 of the Profit Share Product Exhibit shall apply.

In partial consideration of the rights granted by Cyclerion to Akebia hereunder, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including [Section 7.4(b)], on ​, in the event the aggregate Net Sales of all Products recorded by Akebia, or any of its Affiliates ​ in ​ first exceeds each of the three sales milestone events set forth in Table 7.4 below, Akebia shall pay to Cyclerion the sales milestone payment in the corresponding amount set forth in the right-hand column of the table. In the event that Akebia or its Affiliates ​ that is exceeded ​. Each such milestone payment shall be due within ​ of the end of ​ in which such milestone was achieved.

Sales Milestone Payments. Following the First Commercial Sale of a Product, within ​ of the end of each Calendar Year, Acadia shall notify Stoke of each Sales Milestone Event achieved with respect to such Calendar Year. Following receipt of such notification, Stoke shall invoice Acadia for the amount of the applicable Sales Milestone Payment(s), and Acadia shall make the corresponding Sales Milestone Payment(s) within ​ after receipt of such invoice.

Sales Milestone Payments. In addition to all other amounts payable under this Agreement, Huadong shall pay to vTv non-refundable, non-creditable, one-time milestone payments based on Net Sales of Products in all Regions of the Territory, in the amounts provided below:
