“Request for Credit Extension” means # with respect to a Borrowing, continuation or conversion of Term Loans or Revolving Credit Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, # with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Issuance Request, and # with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.

Credit Extension Request, etc. The [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] (and each relevant L/C Issuer, if a Letter of Credit is being requested) shall have received, as herein provided, a duly completed and executed Borrowing Request, if a Loan is being requested or an Issuance Request, if a Letter of Credit is being requested or extended. Each delivery of a Borrowing Request or Issuance Request shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower that on the date of such Credit Extension (both immediately before and after giving effect to such Credit Extension and the application of the proceeds thereof) the statements made in Section 5.2.1 are true and correct.

Extension. Any extension of the Term (other than automatic extensions under Section 2.1) must be agreed upon in writing by both parties hereto.

Extension. If the Employee violates the provisions of any of the preceding paragraphs of this Section 1, the Employee shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in such paragraph until a period of one year has expired without any violation of such provisions.

Extension. The Term of the Existing Sublease is hereby extended through March 15, 2029 (“Extended Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Sublease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”. On the Effective Date of this First Amendment, # the defined term “Term” as used in the Existing Sublease shall mean the Term as extended through the Extended Expiration Date and # the defined term “Expiration Date” as used in the Existing Sublease shall mean the Extended Expiration Date.

Extension. Subject to PRC Laws, the Parties may agree to extend the Joint Venture Term specified in [Section 15.2] above as well as any extended term thereof.

Extension. If you violate the provisions of any of the preceding paragraphs of this [Section 4], you shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in such paragraph until a period of 12 months has expired without any violation of such provisions.

“Request for Credit Extension” means # with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, and # with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application.

With respect to any Request for Credit Extension made during the period from the Closing Date until the Guarantor Trigger Date, the Lenders shall have no obligation to make any Credit Extension if such Credit Extension would cause the aggregate Outstanding Amount to exceed $100,000,000.

Advance Request. Borrower shall complete, sign and deliver to Agent an Advance Request at least one (1) Business Day before the Advance Date of each Term Loan Advance. Lender shall fund the Term Loan Advance in the manner requested by the Advance Request provided that each of the conditions precedent to such Term Loan Advance is satisfied as of the respective Advance Date.
