Extension. The Term of the Existing Sublease is hereby extended through March 15, 2029 (“Extended Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Sublease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”. On the Effective Date of this First Amendment, # the defined term “Term” as used in the Existing Sublease shall mean the Term as extended through the Extended Expiration Date and # the defined term “Expiration Date” as used in the Existing Sublease shall mean the Extended Expiration Date.
Term. The Term is hereby extended to, and shall expire on, February 28, 2023, unless extended or earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of the Sublease. Accordingly, the Expiration Date under the Sublease shall be deemed to be February 28, 2023. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or in the Sublease to the contrary, the Renewal Option shall remain in full force and effect, except that all references to the "Initial Expiration Date" therein shall be deemed to mean the "Second Extended Expiration Date".
The Existing Sublease by its terms expires on January 31, 2022 (“Prior Expiration Date”), and the parties wish to extend the Term of the Sublease on the terms and conditions of this First Amendment. The Existing Sublease as amended by this First Amendment is herein referred to as the “Sublease”.
The Term of the Lease with respect to the Subsequent Expiration Premises is hereby extended by ten (10) months and nine (9) days, and therefore, the “Term Expiration Date” is hereby amended to mean December 31, 2018. As it applies to the Subsequent Expiration Premises, the period commencing February 20, 2018 and ending on the Term Expiration Date is referred to herein as the “Subsequent Expiration Extension Term”). The term “Term,” as used in the Lease, shall refer to the Term as extended by the Subsequent Expiration Extension Term.
Term. As of the Effective Date, the Term of the Sublease shall be amended to expire on December 31, 2020, with no further extension rights, unless mutually agreed to by the parties. The period from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term” and December 31, 2020 shall be the “Expiration Date”.
Term: The Term of the Sublease is hereby extended for one (1) additional period of approximately five (5) years, commencing on March 16, 2018 and expiring on March 31, 2023. All references in the Sublease to the “Expiration Date” shall mean March 31, 2023.
Section # Commencement Date. The extended term (the "Extension Term") of this Sublease shall commence January 1, 2018, and the Extension Term shall expire upon the Expiration Date (hereinafter defined).
