Extension. If the Consultant violates the provisions of Section 7.1, the Consultant shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in such paragraph until a period of one (1) year has expired without any violation of such provisions.

Extension. This Agreement shall be extended for an additional five (5) year renewal period commencing 1 January 2027 and ending on 31 December 2031 (the “Extension Term”), provided that Licensee:

Extension. The term of the Lease is hereby extended through the last day of the 60th full calendar month beginning on or after the Suite 425 Expansion Effective Date (defined in Section 2.2 below) (the “Extended Expiration Date”). The portion of the term of the Lease beginning on the date immediately following the Existing Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period commencing on June 1, 2019 (the “Extension Term Commencement Date”) and expiring on May 31, 2031, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease (the “Extension Term”).

Extension. The Research Term may be extended one time, by one (1) year, by the Parties’ written agreement and the JSC’s approval of an amended Research Plan setting forth the research activities to be conducted by the Parties during such extension, and an amended Research Budget, which shall be agreed upon by the Parties in writing.

Extension. If the Employee violates the provisions of any of the preceding paragraphs of this [Section 1], the Employee shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in such paragraph until a period of one year has expired without any violation of such provisions.

Each request (or deemed request) by Borrower for any credit extension shall constitute a representation by Borrower that the foregoing conditions are satisfied on the date of the credit extension as to the matters specified in clauses (a), (b), (d), (f) (if applicable), # (if applicable), # (if applicable) and # (if applicable) above. As an additional condition to a credit extension, Agent may request any other information, certification, document, instrument or agreement as it deems necessary, in its Permitted Discretion, to support calculations in the Borrowing Base Report that Borrower has delivered in connection with such credit extension.

“Request for Credit Extension” means # with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Loans, a Loan Notice, and # with respect to a L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application.

Advance Request. To obtain a Term Loan Advance, Borrower shall complete, sign and deliver an Advance Request (at least one (1) Business Day before the Closing Date (in the case of any Term Loan Advance requested to be made on the Closing Date) and at least five (5)

Borrowing Request. The receipt by the Lenders of a Borrowing Request in accordance with Section 2.3.
