Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period commencing on June 1, 2019 (the “Extension Term Commencement Date”) and expiring on May 31, 2031, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease (the “Extension Term”).

Extension of Term. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that the Term of the Lease shall be extended from February 1, 2023 (“Extension Commencement Date”) until January 31, 2028 (“Extension Expiration Date”) (the period beginning on the Extension Commencement Date and ending on the Extension Expiration Date is referred to as the “Extension Term”). All references in the Lease to the “Term” shall hereafter be deemed to include the Extension Term and expire on January 31, 2028.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of fifty-four (54) months and shall expire on May 31, 2028 (the “Extended Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of sixty-two (62) months and shall expire on July 31, 2024 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of four (4) calendar months (the "Extension Term"), commencing on December 1, 2019 ("Extension Commencement Date"), and expiring on March 31, 2020. Tenant has no further rights to extend or renew the Term of the Lease, and any such rights set forth in the Lease, including without limitation Section 7 of the First Amendment, are hereby deleted in their entirety.

Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term, which is currently scheduled to expire on April 30, 2021, is hereby extended for a period of two (2) months (the “Extended Term Commencement Date”) and expiring on June 30, 2021, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Lease.

Extension of the Term. The Term (as defined in Section 2(a) of the Lease) is hereby extended (the “Extended Term”) from December 1, 2020 (the “Extended Term Commencement Date”) and shall expire, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Lease, as amended, or as permitted by law, on November 30, 2027 (the “Extended Term Expiration Date”).

Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is scheduled to expire on August 31, 2023. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seventy-two (72) months, commencing on September 1, 2023 and ending on August 31, 2029 (the “First Extension Period”) (such that the Lease Expiration Date is hereby extended until August 31, 2029), unless extended or sooner terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease, as hereby amended.

Term Extension. The Original Term of the Lease, as extended by the Extended Term pursuant to the First Amendment, is hereby extended for a period of twenty-four (24) months (the “Second Extended Term”) commencing on May 1, 2021 (the “Second Extended Term Commencement Date”) and expiring on April 30, 2023, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Except as expressly set forth herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Lease shall apply to the Second Extension Term. All references in the Lease to the Original Term shall include the Extended Term and the Second Extended Term and all references in the Lease to the “Expiration Date” shall mean April 30, 2023.

Lease Term. [Section 1.18] of the Lease and [Section J] of the Summary of Basic Lease Terms are hereby amended to provide that the Lease Term is extended for a period of twelve (12) months (the “Extension Term”) commencing January 1, 2021 (the “Extension Term Commencement Date”) and ending December 31, 2021 (the “Extension Term Expiration Date”). Tenant acknowledges that it has no options to extend the Lease Term.
