Position. During the Employment Term, Executive shall serve as the Senior Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Banking of the Bank.

Position. During the Term, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company shall employ the Executive and the Executive shall serve the Company as “Chief Executive Officer” and “Chief Scientific Officer.” The Executive shall report to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Position. The Company hereby employs Employee as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Employee shall report directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and shall have the duties, authority and responsibilities customarily held by a person holding the position Chief Operating Officer in companies engaged in business similar to the Company’s business and of similar size to the Company. Employee shall render such other services as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the CEO.

Position. Executive is employed by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and HoldCo in the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such positions in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company or HoldCo, as applicable. Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, policies, procedures and practices as adopted or modified from time to time in the Company’s or HoldCo’s, as applicable, sole discretion.

Position. Your initial position with the Company will be Chief Medical Officer. This is a full-time position. The Company expects you to work 40 hours per week.

Position. Executive shall continue to serve as the Company’s [Title]. During Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policies.

Position. You will serve as Vice President of Engineering of the Company. You will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and shall perform the duties and responsibilities customary for such position and such other related duties as are assigned by the President and CEO. You agree to devote substantially all of your professional time, attention and efforts to the performance of your duties as the Company’s Vice President of Engineering, and shall not render services to any other business without the prior approval of the CEO. The foregoing shall not, however, preclude you # from engaging in appropriate civic, charitable or religious activities, # from devoting a reasonable amount of time to private investments, # from serving on the boards of directors of other entities, or # from providing incidental assistance to family members on matters of family business, so long as the foregoing activities and service do not conflict with your responsibilities to the Company.

Position and Duties. The Company agrees to continue to employ the Executive and the Executive hereby agrees to continue to be employed by the Company, upon the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement. The Executive shall serve as President of the Company’s Transit Packaging Division (or in such other position as agreed to by the parties), with the customary duties, authorities and responsibility of such position of a publicly-traded corporation and such other duties, authorities and responsibility # as have been agreed upon by the Company and the Executive or # as may from time to time be delegated to the Executive by the Board, Crown’s [[Organization A:Organization]] or any other executive to whom the Executive reports as are consistent with such position. In addition, for no additional compensation, the Executive shall serve in such other positions as reasonably requested by the Board, Crown’s [[Organization A:Organization]] or any other executive to whom the Executive reports. The Executive agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities called for hereunder to the best of his ability and to devote his full time, energies and skills to such duties, with the understanding that he may participate in charitable and similar activities and may have business interests in passive investments which may, from time to time, require portions of his time, but such activities shall be done in a manner consistent with his obligations hereunder.

Position and Duties. During the Term, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. In such position, the Executive shall have the duties, authority, and responsibilities as shall be determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer, which duties, authority, and responsibilities shall be consistent with the Executive’s position.

Position and Duties. The Executive shall serve as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and shall have such powers and duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”), Chief Financial Officer (the “CFO”) of the Company or other duly authorized executive. The Executive shall devote the Executive’s full working time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive may serve on other boards of directors, with the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), or engage in religious, charitable or other community activities as long as such services and activities do not interfere with the Executive’s performance of the Executive’s duties to the Company.
