Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by him in performing services hereunder, in accordance with the policies and procedures then in effect and established by the Company for its senior executive officers.
Expenses. Each of Seller and Buyer shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and the Transfer Documents, and shall not have any right of reimbursement or indemnity for such costs and expenses as against the Buyer or Seller, respectively.

Each party shall pay its own expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the sale and purchase of the Shares.
