Participation in Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any life, medical, dental, health, hospitalization, travel, accident and/or disability insurance plans and in any sick leave and/or salary continuation plan, vacation (which shall not be less than four (4) weeks per calendar year), holiday pay, retirement or employee benefit plan or program generally offered by the Company to its salaried employees. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Variable Incentive Compensation plan as described on [Schedule A] attached hereto.

Participation in Benefit Plans. As of the Effective Date, Executive shall be included in any and all plans of the Company providing general benefits for the Company’s employees, including, without limitation, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and holidays.

During the Term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any group insurance, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, accident, disability or similar plan or program of the Company now existing, or established hereafter, to the extent that he is eligible under the general provisions thereof. The Company may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, amend, eliminate or establish additional benefit programs, as it deems appropriate. Executive shall also participate in all standard fringe benefits offered by the Company to any of its Executive Officers.
