Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any group insurance, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, accident, disability, or similar plan or program of the Company now existing or established hereafter to the extent that he is eligible under the general provisions thereof. The Company may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, amend, eliminate, or establish additional benefit programs as it deems appropriate. Executive shall also participate in all standard fringe benefits offered by the Company to its salaried executives.

Participation in Benefit Plans. As of the Effective Date, Executive shall be included in any and all plans of the Company providing general benefits for the Company’s employees, including, without limitation, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and holidays.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to receive all perquisites and participate in all benefit plans and programs maintained by the Company that are available generally to its senior leadership team; provided, however, that the Executive’s right to participate in such plans and programs shall not affect the Company’s right to amend or terminate the general applicability of such perquisites, plans and programs. The Company may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, amend, eliminate or establish additional benefit programs as it deems appropriate.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans and arrangements now in effect or which may hereafter be established which are generally applicable to the other senior executives of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, including without limitation, all life, group insurance and health insurance plans and all disability, retirement, stock option and other employee benefit plans of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

Participation in Other Company Plans. The grant of this Option will not affect any right you might otherwise have to participate in and receive benefits under the then current provisions of any pension, insurance, or profit sharing program of Learning Tree or of any subsidiary of Learning Tree.

The Executive shall be permitted to participate in all group life, medical, dental, vision and disability insurance plans, other health programs, pension plans, similar benefit plans or other so-called “fringe benefit programs” of the Company and its subsidiaries as are now existing or as may hereafter be revised or adopted and offered to senior executives generally, to the extent the Executive is eligible under the eligibility provisions of the relevant plan.
