PERSONNEL. DES will provide services by utilizing the services of such executives, accountants, financial advisers, technical advisers, attorneys, engineers, geologists and other persons as have the necessary qualifications.

Each Work Order will identify certain key personnel as mutually agreed upon by Client and Parexel (collectively, “Key Personnel”). Parexel recognizes that Client’s entry into this Agreement is based in part on Client’s reliance upon the assignment of such Key Personnel to Client’s Projects. Parexel agrees ​.
