Indebtedness of any Loan Party pursuant to any Loan Document and under any Cash Management Agreement;

any Debt arising under the Loan Documents or any Cash Management Agreement entered into in the ordinary course of business, including, without limitation, the Obligations;

Indebtedness incurred under the Loan Documents;

to the extent constituting Indebtedness, obligations pursuant to any Cash Management Agreement and other Indebtedness in respect of netting services, overdraft protections and similar arrangements, in each case, in the ordinary course of business;

Indebtedness incurred under the Financing Documents;

Investments in connection with the cash management operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that constitute Permitted Indebtedness;

payment of Indebtedness created under the Loan Documents;

Indebtedness in respect of any ordinary course cash management activities of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

investments made under the Cash Management Agreements or under cash management agreements with any other Lenders.

Indebtedness of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to letters of credit outstanding and secured solely by cash or Cash Equivalents entered into in the ordinary course of business;
