any Lien created under the Loan Documents (including Liens under the Security Documents securing Secured Hedging Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements);

Indebtedness of the Credit Parties to Secured Parties under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents;

Indebtedness of any Loan Party in favor of the Lenders or Agent arising under this Agreement or any other Loan Document;

Indebtedness arising under this Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents;

Borrower’s Indebtedness to Bank under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents;

Liens pursuant to any Loan Document securing # Secured Cash Management Agreements and # Secured Swap Contracts;

obligations, under cash management agreements, cash management services and other Indebtedness in respect of netting services, automatic clearing house arrangements, employees’ credit or purchase cards, overdraft protections and similar arrangements in each case incurred in the ordinary course of business;

Indebtedness incurred in respect of Cash Management Services, in each case, incurred in the ordinary course of business;

Indebtedness of any Loan Party in favor of Bank arising under this Agreement or any other Loan Document;

restrictions and conditions imposed under any Loan Document and the Indenture Documentation;
