Implementation of Changes. Notwithstanding any approval or disapproval by Tenant of any estimate of the delay caused by such proposed Change, the TI Architect’s determination of the amount of Tenant Delay in connection with such Change shall be final and binding on Landlord and Tenant.

If Tenant: # approves in writing the cost or savings and the estimated extension in the time for completion of Landlord's Work, if any, on account of any Change Request and # with respect to any Change following the final approval by Tenant of the costs for the Tenant Improvements, deposits with Landlord any Excess TI Costs required in connection with such Change, in each case based on the Landlord’s response to the Change Request (provided Tenant shall be responsible for the full cost (including via the TI Allowance) and delay, even if more and longer than Landlord’s response), Landlord shall cause the approved Change to be instituted. Notwithstanding any approval or disapproval by Tenant of any estimate of the delay caused by such proposed Change, the TI Architect's determination of the amount of Tenant Delay in connection with such Change shall be final and binding on Landlord and Tenant unless disputed in a written notice by Tenant to Landlord within 5 business days after delivery of such determination, in which case the duration of the delay will be determined by arbitration pursuant to Section 7(e).
