Binding Effect. This Agreement will be binding in all respects on your heirs, representatives, successors and assigns, and on the successors and assigns of the Company.

Benefits of Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors, assigns and heirs of the respective parties. All obligations imposed upon the Grantee and all rights granted to the Company under this Agreement shall be binding upon Grantee's heirs, legal representatives, and successors. This Agreement shall be the sole and exclusive source of any and all rights which the Grantee, his heirs, legal representatives or successors may have in respect to the Plan or any Shares granted or issued hereunder, whether to himself or to any other person.

Successors. The terms of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, its successors and assigns, and of the Employee and the Employee’s executors, administrators, heirs and successors.

Successors. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Executive’s personal and legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, heirs, distributees, devisees and legatees.

Successors and Assigns. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon ​ and the Grantee and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.

Binding Effect. This Note shall be binding on the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, executors, successors and assigns.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors, assigns, and heirs of the respective parties.

Employee acknowledges that this Agreement shall be binding on Employee, and on Employee’s spouse, heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, successors and assigns.

Successors and Assigns. This Amendment shall apply to, inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon the parties hereto and upon their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns, except as otherwise provided herein.

Successors and Assigns. Subject to Sections 13 and 20 above, this Plan shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Company, any Eligible Employee, and their respective successors, assigns, personal or legal representatives and heirs.
