Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with the practices of the Company and governing benefit plan requirements (including plan eligibility provisions), and to the extent the Company provides similar benefits or perquisites (or both) to similarly situated executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to receive such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company, and shall receive such additional fringe benefits and perquisites as the Company may, in its discretion, from time-to-time provide.

Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to health insurance, as well as such additional fringe benefits and perquisites provided by the Company to other similarly situated executives of the Company.

Fringe Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.

Perquisites. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with the practices of the Bank, and to the extent that the Bank provides similar benefits or perquisites (or both) to similarly situated executives of the Bank.

Employee Benefits, Fringe Benefits, and Perquisites. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be provided with employee benefits (including vacation), fringe benefits, and perquisites in accordance with [[Bank:Organization]]’s established policies.

Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any other fringe benefits or perquisites which other senior officers of the Corporation are entitled to receive, subject to the terms and conditions of such fringe benefits or perquisites.

Executive Benefits. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Executive and fringe benefit plans maintained by the Company that are applicable to other Executives of the Company to the full extent provided for under those plans for the position held by the Executive.

Fringe Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit/welfare plans and fringe benefits provided to Company senior executives. Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, Company’s benefit plans and fringe benefits may be amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion. The terms of any such benefits shall be governed by the applicable plan documents and Company policies in effect from time to time.
