Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with the practices of the Company and governing benefit plan requirements (including plan eligibility provisions), and to the extent the Company provides similar benefits or perquisites (or both) to similarly situated executives of the Company.

4.3Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites (including but not limited to any applicable benefits related to health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, etc.) consistent with the practices of the Company and governing benefit plan requirements (including plan eligibility provisions), and to the extent the Company provides similar benefits or perquisites (or both) to similarly situated executives of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the Employment Term, the Company shall provide the Executive with # a vehicle allowance of $1,400 dollars per month, # an allowance of

During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s health, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement and welfare benefits plans and programs available to the employees of the Company, pursuant to their respective terms and conditions. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Company or any affiliate of the Company from terminating or amending any employee benefit plan or program from time to time after the Effective Date.

Fringe Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to all benefits for which the Executive shall be eligible under any qualified pension plan, 401(k) plan, group insurance or other so-called “fringe” benefit plan which the Company provides to its executive employees generally, which benefits may be amended, modified, or terminated in the Company’s sole discretion.

During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to all benefits for which the Executive shall be eligible under any qualified pension plan, 401(k) plan, group insurance or other so-called “fringe” benefit plan which the Company provides to its executive employees generally, which benefits may be amended, modified or terminated in the Company’s sole discretion.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and the Affiliated Companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and the Affiliated Companies.

Benefit Plans. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all those benefit plans that are maintained by the Company for senior executives, on the same basis as those benefits are generally made available to other senior executives of the Company. Also, during the Term, Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites on the same basis as those benefits are generally made available to other senior executives of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall require the Company to establish and/or maintain any such plans.
