Attorney’s Fees and Costs. If any legal action is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which the party may be entitled.
Fees. In any action to enforce the terms of this Agreement or arising out of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its fees and costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
