Attorney’s Fees and Costs. If any legal action is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which the party may be entitled.

Attorney’s Fees. In the event that there is any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or to the interpretation, breach or enforcement thereof, and any action or proceeding is commenced to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses.

In the event of any action, suit or proceeding brought under or in connection with this Agreement, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover, and the other party thereto agrees to pay, costs and expenses in connection therewith including reasonable attorney's fees, disbursements and expenses.

In any court action at law or equity that is brought by one of the Parties to this Agreement to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing Party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, in addition to any other relief to which that Party may be entitled.

Section # Attorney Fees. If any action is brought by any party to this Agreement to enforce or interpret its terms or provisions, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in connection with such action prior to and at trial and on any appeal therefrom.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any litigation is instituted to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement or the transactions described herein, the prevailing Party in such action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees from the other Party or Parties hereto.

If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged breach or default relating to this Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in such action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled, the amount to be set by a court and not a jury.

Attorneys’ Fees. In any dispute or action between the parties arising out of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to seek to have and recover from the other party such amount as the court may adjudge reasonable as attorneys’ fees and expenses together with costs of litigation incurred by the prevailing party, in additional to all other amounts provided at law.

In the event that there is any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or to the interpretation, breach or enforcement thereof, and any action or proceeding relating to this Agreement is filed, the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award by the court of reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses.

Attorney’s Fees. In any action or proceeding brought to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the successful Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses in addition to any other available remedy.
