Remedies. Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default by Tenant, Landlord shall have, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, the option to pursue any one (1) or more of the following remedies, each and all of which shall be cumulative and nonexclusive, without any notice or demand whatsoever:

Provider acknowledges that if it or any of its shareholders, employees or agents violates the provisions of this Article, money damages shall be an inadequate remedy, and it agrees that Manager shall be entitled to obtain, in addition to any other remedy provided by law or equity, an injunction against the violation of Provider’s obligation hereunder.

Remedies. The Company acknowledges that a breach by it of its obligations hereunder will cause irreparable harm to the Buyer by vitiating the intent and purpose of the transaction contemplated hereby. Accordingly, the Company acknowledges that the remedy at law for a breach of its obligations under this Agreement or the Note will be inadequate and agrees, in the event of a breach or threatened breach by the Company of the provisions of this Agreement or the Note, that the Buyer shall be entitled, in addition to all other available remedies at law or in equity, and in addition to the penalties assessable herein, to an injunction or injunctions restraining, preventing or curing any breach of this Agreement or the Note and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof, without the necessity of showing economic loss and without any bond or other security being required.

Remedies. In the event of a breach by [[Organization B:Organization]] or by a Holder of any of their respective obligations under this Agreement, each Holder or [[Organization B:Organization]], as the case may be, in addition to being entitled to exercise all rights granted by law and under this Agreement, including recovery of damages, shall be entitled to specific performance of its rights under this Agreement. Each of [[Organization B:Organization]] and each Holder agrees that monetary damages would not provide adequate compensation for any losses incurred by reason of a breach by it of any of the provisions of this Agreement and hereby further agrees that, in the event of any action for specific performance in respect of such breach, it shall not assert or shall waive the defense that a remedy at law would be adequate.

Remedies. In addition to being entitled to exercise all rights provided herein or granted by law, including recovery of damages, the Purchaser and the Company will be entitled to specific performance under this Agreement. The parties agree that monetary damages may not be adequate compensation for any loss incurred by reason of any breach of obligations contained in this Agreement and hereby agree to waive and not to assert in any Action for specific performance of any such obligation the defense that a remedy at law would be adequate.

Remedies. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the remedy at law of Penns Woods for a breach or threatened breach of any of the provisions of [Section 7, 8 or 9]9]9] would be inadequate and, in recognition of this fact, in the event of a breach or threatened breach by Executive of any of the provisions of [Section 7, 8 or 9]9]9], it is agreed that Penns Woods shall be entitled to, without posting any bond, and the Executive agrees not to oppose any request of Penns Woods for, equitable relief in the form of specific performance, a temporary restraining order, a temporary or permanent injunction, or any other equitable remedy which may then be available. Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as prohibiting Penns Woods from pursuing any other remedies available to them, at law or in equity, for such breach or threatened breach.

Remedies. Executive acknowledges that it would be difficult to fully compensate the Company for monetary damages resulting from any breach by Executive of this Section 5. Accordingly, in the event of any actual or threatened breach of any such provisions, the Company will, in addition to any other remedies it may have, be entitled to injunctive and other equitable relief to enforce such provisions, and such relief may be granted without the necessity of proving actual monetary damages.

Remedies. Money damages will not be an adequate remedy if this Article 6 is breached and, therefore, either Party may, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, seek an injunction or other equitable relief against such breach or threatened breach in relation to Confidential Information that it disclosed to the other Party.

Remedies. Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of any Event of Default, the Lender may, at its option, # declare the entire principal amount of the Advances outstanding hereunder immediately due and payable, # declare its commitment to make Advances under the Credit Line hereunder terminated, and # exercise all other rights and remedies available to the Lender herein, under applicable law. The Lender shall have the right to rescind any acceleration in payment of the principal amounts due hereunder for default, as aforesaid, if the Lender so elects, in which event this Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and enforced in the same manner as if the Lender had never elected to declare the unpaid principal balance hereof at once due and payable.
