Remedies. Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default by Tenant, Landlord shall have, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, the option to pursue any one (1) or more of the following remedies, each and all of which shall be cumulative and nonexclusive, without any notice or demand whatsoever:

Remedies Upon Event of Default. Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default by Tenant, Landlord shall have, in addition to any other remedies available to Landlord at law or in equity (all of which remedies shall be distinct, separate and cumulative), the option to pursue any one or more of the following remedies (including, without limitation, during any eviction moratorium, to the extent allowed by Applicable Law), each and all of which shall be cumulative and nonexclusive, without any notice or demand whatsoever.

Remedies. Upon the occurrence of a Default by Tenant, Landlord, at its option, without further notice or demand to Tenant, shall have in addition to all other rights and remedies provided in this Lease, at law or in equity, the option to pursue any one or more of the following remedies, each and all of which shall be cumulative and nonexclusive, without any notice or demand whatsoever.

Upon the occurrence of a Default, Landlord, at its option, without further notice or demand to Tenant, shall have in addition to all other rights and remedies provided in this Lease, at law or in equity, the option to pursue any one or more of the following remedies, each and all of which shall be cumulative and nonexclusive, without any notice or demand whatsoever.

Breach/Default by Tenant; Remedies of Landlord. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, Landlord shall have the option, subject to any applicable cure periods to do any one of the following:
