Effective Date. This Agreement will become effective upon execution by both parties. (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. Each Party has seven (7) days after that Party signs this Agreement to revoke it. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Executive signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Effective Date”).

Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective as of its due execution and delivery by each of the parties. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until terminated as hereinafter provided. This Agreement may only be amended by mutual written agreement of the parties hereto. This Agreement may be terminated by the Custodian or the Company pursuant to Section 12.2.

Effective Date. The Plan is effective as of the date it is approved by the Corporation's shareholders.

Effective Date. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be the date on which both of the following conditions are met: # Employee has returned to the Company an executed copy of this Agreement on or before twenty-one (21) days after Employee receives this Agreement; and # seven (7) days have passed after Employee signed this Agreement, and Employee has not revoked this Agreement in accordance with Section 16 during the seven (7) day Revocation Period (as defined below). In the event that both of these conditions are not met, this Agreement shall not become effective.

Effective Date. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective on the eighth calendar day after it has been executed by both of the parties (the “Effective Date”), unless the Specified Sections (as defined in [Section 12(c)], below) have been timely and properly revoked as provided in [Section 12(c)] before the Effective Date.

Effective Date. If the Employee has attained or is over the age of forty (40) as of the date of Employee’s termination of employment, then each Party has seven days after that Party signs this Agreement to revoke it and this Agreement will become effective on the eighth day after Employee signed this Agreement, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Effective Date”). If the Employee has not attained the age of forty (40) as of the date of Employee’s termination of employment, then the “Effective Date” shall be the date on which Employee signs this Agreement.

Effective Date. The term “Effective Date” shall mean the first date on which a Change in Control occurs. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, if # a Change in Control occurs, # the Executive’s employment with the Employer terminates (whether by the Company, the Executive or otherwise) within 180 days prior to the Change in Control and # it is reasonably demonstrated by the Executive that # any such termination of employment by the Employer # was at the request of a third party who has taken steps reasonably calculated to effect a Change in Control or # otherwise arose in connection with or in anticipation of a Change in Control, or # any such termination of employment by the Executive took place subsequent to the occurrence of an event described in clause (ii), (iii), (iv) or (v) of the definition of “Good Reason” which event # occurred at the request of a third party who has taken steps reasonably calculated to effect a Change in Control or # otherwise arose in connection with or in anticipation of a Change in Control, then for all purposes of this Agreement the term “Effective Date” shall mean the day immediately prior to the date of such termination of employment.

The Amended and Restated Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy shall become effective as of May 21, 2020.

Effective Date. Executive understands that this Release shall become effective, irrevocable, and binding upon Executive on the day following the seventh (7th) business day from the date upon which Executive signs this Release, so long as Executive has not revoked it within the time period and in the manner specified in Section 3 above. Executive further understands that Executive will not be given any severance benefits under the Agreement unless this Release becomes effective pursuant to its terms.
