Effective Date. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be the date on which both of the following conditions are met: # Employee has returned to the Company an executed copy of this Agreement on or before twenty-one (21) days after Employee receives this Agreement; and # seven (7) days have passed after Employee signed this Agreement, and Employee has not revoked this Agreement in accordance with Section 16 during the seven (7) day Revocation Period (as defined below). In the event that both of these conditions are not met, this Agreement shall not become effective.

In the event that Employee revokes the Agreement within the revocation period described in this Paragraph, this Agreement shall not be effective or enforceable, and all rights and obligations hereunder shall be void and of no effect. Assuming that Employee does not revoke this Agreement within the revocation period described above, the effective date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) shall be the eighth (8th) day after the day on which Employee executes this Agreement.
