PASSENGER CARE DURING DELAYS: The contractor shall coordinate all aspects of delays to ensure adequate passenger care is provided. Airline representatives shall ensure all passengers are briefed on delay specifics; i.e. quarters, meal, and transportation provided and 24 hour contact information with specific times to either meet their transportation to return to the terminal or time to be present at the terminal for reprocessing.

Excusable Delay. Construction Force Majeure (as hereinafter defined) and/or Tenant Delay (as hereinafter defined) are collectively referred as “Excusable Delays”.
