Any Loan Party shall fail to perform or observe any term, covenant, condition or agreement on its part to be performed or observed and contained in [Article IX] or [Article X] (other than [Section 10.5], [Section 10.9], [Section 10.10] or [Section 10.12]); or

any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.03]3] (with respect to a Borrower’s existence), 5.08 or in Article VI (other than [Section 6.06]);

any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a)], Section 5.03 (with respect to a Loan Party’s existence), 5.08, 5.18 or in Article VI of this Agreement; or

any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.03]3] (with respect to a Loan Party’s existence), 5.06(b) or 5.08 or in Article VI;

any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.03]3] (with respect to the Borrower’s existence) or 5.08 or in Article VI;

any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Section 5.01, 5.02, 5.03, 5.05, 5.08, 5.09, 5.10 or 5.11 or in Article VI;

any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Section 5.02, 5.03 (with respect to any Loan Party’s existence), 5.08, or 5.10 or in Article VI;

any Loan Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in [Section 5.02(a), 5.03]3] (with respect to maintaining a Loan Party’s existence), 5.08 or in Article VI;

Any Loan Party shall fail to perform or observe any covenant set forth in [Section 5.2], [Section 5.5(a)], [Section 5.18], or Article 6 of this Agreement.

Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of [Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.07, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.15 or 6.16]6]6]6]6]6]6]6] or Article VII (other than [Section 7.15]) or Article X; or

Any Loan Party shall fail to perform or observe any covenant set forth in Section 5.2, [Section 5.5(a)], [Section 5.18], or Article 6 of this Agreement.
