Data Privacy. The Participant hereby authorizes their actual employer (the “Employer”) to furnish the Corporation (and any agent of the Corporation administering the Plan or providing Plan recordkeeping services) with such information and data as it shall request in order to facilitate the grant of Awards and administration of the Plan and the Participant waives any data privacy rights such Participant might otherwise have with respect to such information. The Controller of personal data processing is Kimberly-Clark Corporation with registered offices at 351 Phelps Drive, Irving, Texas 75038, United States of America.
Data Privacy. The Participant hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Participant’s personal data as described in the Award Agreement and any other grant materials by and among, as applicable, the Company, the Employer and any other Subsidiary for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Participant’s participation in the Plan.
Personal Data. You hereby explicitly and unambiguously consent to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of your personal data as described in this Agreement and any other Restricted Stock Unit grant materials by and among, as applicable, your employer (the “Employer”), the Company and its Subsidiaries or Affiliates for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing your participation in the Plan.
"Existing Royalty" means a 2% net smelter returns royalty on the leased patented claims that comprise a portion of the Mineral Rights granted to Christian W. Bramwell pursuant to a mining lease and option to purchase dated June 2, 2005 and made between Bramwell and Maximus Ventures Ltd. ("Maximus"), as assigned by Maximus to Walker Lane Gold LLC ("Walker") pursuant to an assignment and assumption agreement dated March 18, 2006 and further assigned by Walker to Timberwolf Minerals Ltd. ("Timberwolf") pursuant to an assignment and assumption agreement dated February 12, 2008, and further assigned by Timberwolf to ISC Copper Systems Ltd. pursuant to an assignment and assumption agreement dated August 29 2010;
Data Protection. By signing below, the Grantee expressly consents to the transfer and use of personal data by the Company and its agents in connection with the administration of this Award.
Data Protection. By participating in the Plan, each Participant consents to the collection, processing, transmission and storage by the Company, in any form whatsoever, of any data of a professional or personal nature which is necessary for the purposes of administering the Plan. The Company may share such information with any Subsidiary or Affiliate, any trustee, its registrars, brokers, other third-party administrator or any person who obtains control of the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate or any division respectively thereof.
Personal Data. For purposes of the implementation, administration and management of the stock grant or the effectuation of any acquisition, equity or debt financing, joint venture, merger, reorganization, consolidation, recapitalization, business combination, liquidation, dissolution, share exchange, sale of stock, sale of material assets or other similar corporate transaction involving the Company (a “Corporate Transaction”), you consent, by execution of this Agreement, to the collection, receipt, use, retention and transfer, in electronic or other form, of your personal data by and among the Company and its third party vendors or any potential party to a potential Corporate Transaction. You understand that personal data (including but not limited to, name, home address, telephone number, employee number, employment status, social security number, tax identification number, date of birth, nationality, job and payroll location, data for tax withholding purposes and shares awarded, cancelled, vested and unvested) may be transferred to third parties assisting in the implementation, administration and management of the stock grant or the effectuation of a Corporate Transaction and you expressly authorize such transfer as well as the retention, use, and the subsequent transfer of the data by the recipient(s). You understand that these recipients may be located in your country or elsewhere, and that the recipient’s country may have different data privacy laws and protections than your country. You understand that data will be held only as long as is necessary to implement, administer and manage the stock grant or effect a Corporate Transaction. You understand that you may, at any time, request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the personal data, view data, request additional information about the storage and processing of data, require any necessary amendments to data or refuse or withdraw the consents herein, in any case without cost, by contacting in writing the Company’s Secretary. You understand, however, that refusing or withdrawing your consent may affect your ability to accept a stock grant.
Data Privacy. By entering into this Agreement, the Grantee: # authorizes the Company or any of the NextEra Entities, and any agent of the Company or any of the NextEra Entities administering the Plan or providing Plan recordkeeping services, to disclose to the Company or any of the NextEra Entities such information and data as the Company or any such NextEra Entities shall reasonably request in order to facilitate the administration of this Agreement; and # authorizes the Company or any of the NextEra Entities to store and transmit such information in electronic form, provided such information is appropriately safeguarded in accordance with Company policy.
Data Privacy Consent. By electing to participate in the Plan via the Company’s online acceptance procedure, Participant is declaring that Participant agrees with the data processing practices described herein and consent to the collection, processing and use of Personal Data (as defined below) by the Company and the transfer of Personal Data to the recipients mentioned herein, including recipients located in countries which do not adduce an adequate level of protection from a European (or other) data protection law perspective, for the purposes described herein.
The Participant may, at any time, exercise his or her rights provided under applicable personal data protection laws, which may include the right to # obtain confirmation as to the existence of Data, # verify the content, origin and accuracy of Data, # request the integration, update, amendment, deletion, or blockage (for breach of applicable laws) of Data, and # to oppose, for legal reasons, the collection, processing or transfer of Data which is not necessary or required for the implementation, administration and/or operation of the Plan and the Participant’s participation in the Plan. The Participant may seek to exercise these rights by contacting Legal Department.
