Party B may not return or replace any advertising space for prime time once it determines the date of placement, and shall pay Party A the advertising charges in full according to the execution order. For other advertising space, if Party B is unable to place the advertising on the specified date, it must notify Party A ten natural days before such date. Meanwhile, if Party B fails to place the advertising on the specified date, Party A has the right to dispose of the advertising space.

SECTION # Use of Name, Logo, Etc. Each Loan Party consents to the publication in the ordinary course by the Administrative ​ or any Lead Arranger of customary advertising material relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using such Loan Party’s name, product photographs, logo or Trademark; provided that any such Trademarks or logos are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or reasonably likely to harm or disparage the ​ or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of any of them. Such consent shall remain effective until revoked by such Loan Party in writing to the Administrative ​ and such Lead Arranger, as applicable.

Manage all aspects of advertising including but not limited to print, digital, and mass media advertising.

the Bottler shall not thereafter prepare, package, distribute, or sell the Beverage or make any use of the Trade Marks, Approved Containers, closures, cases, cartons, labels, other packaging material or advertising, marketing or promotional material used or which are intended for use by the Bottler solely in connection with the preparation, packaging, distribution and sale of the Beverage;

Party A shall publish the advertising and ensure normal operation of servers according to the advertising contract.

At the request of Party B, Party A may provide Party B with the data regarding advertising placement effect after the advertising publishing date. Party A gives no commitment on the advertising placement effect for all placements.

Publicity. During the Term, the Executive hereby consents to any and all reasonable and customary uses and displays, by the Company, the Bank and their agents, representatives and licensees, of the Executive’s name, voice, likeness, image, appearance and biographical information in, on or in connection with any pictures, photographs, audio and video recordings, digital images, websites, television programs and advertising, other advertising and publicity, sales and marketing brochures, books, magazines, other publications, CDs, DVDs, tapes and all other printed and electronic forms and media throughout the world, at any time during the period of the Executive’s employment with the Company and the Bank, for all legitimate commercial and business purposes of the Company and the Bank, without royalty, payment or other compensation to Executive.

inventory sold in the ordinary course of business upon customary credit terms and sales of scrap or obsolete material or equipment;

(whether individually or jointly with others) by such [[Loan Parties:Organization]], # the name and address of each internet service provider through whom each such website is operated, # the name and address of each operator of each other internet site, internet search engine, internet directory or Web browser with whom such [[Loan Parties:Organization]] maintains any advertising or linking relationship which is material to the operation of or flow of internet traffic to such [[Loan Parties:Organization]]’s website and # each technology licensing and other agreement that is material to the operation of such [[Loan Parties:Organization]]’s website or to the advertising and linking relationship described in (H), and the name and address of each other party to such agreement.

Through friendly negotiation, Party A agrees to appoint Party B to act as its advertising agent with respect to the advertising business of Tencent (excluding the advertising business of local websites and franchisee websites of real estate), and both parties agree as follows in respect of their cooperation:
