SECTION # Use of Name, Logo, Etc. Each Loan Party consents to the publication in the ordinary course by the Administrative ​ or any Lead Arranger of customary advertising material relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using such Loan Party’s name, product photographs, logo or Trademark; provided that any such Trademarks or logos are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or reasonably likely to harm or disparage the ​ or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of any of them. Such consent shall remain effective until revoked by such Loan Party in writing to the Administrative ​ and such Lead Arranger, as applicable.

Customary Advertising Material. The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] or any [[Organization A:Organization]] of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties.

Each Loan Party consents to the publication in the ordinary course by [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], the [[FILO Documentation Agent:Organization]] or the Arrangers of customary advertising material relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using such Loan Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark. Such consent shall remain effective until revoked by such Loan Party in writing to the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], the [[FILO Documentation Agent:Organization]] and the Arrangers. The [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], the [[FILO Documentation Agent:Organization]] and the Arrangers reserve the right to provide to industry trade organizations information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements.

The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary “tombstone” advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties; provided that such name, product photographs, logo and trademark are used solely in a manner that is neither intended to nor reasonably likely to harm or disparage the Loan Parties or their Subsidiaries or their respective reputations, goodwill or marks.

The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties. In addition, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders may disclose the existence of this Agreement and information about this Agreement to market data collectors, similar service providers to the lending industry and service providers to the agents and the Lenders in connection with the administration of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the Commitments.
