Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following:

Consulting Fee. During the Consulting Period, the Employee shall be paid a consulting fee equal to $21,667 per month (pro-rated for any partial months) (the “Consulting Fee”).

Consulting Fee. In consideration for Executive’s performance of the Services, the Executive shall be paid a consulting fee of $43,750, payable ratably during the Consulting Period every two weeks (on the same dates as Company payroll pay dates and in accordance with Company payroll practices) until paid in full, subject to the Executive continuing to provide the Services and to the termination provisions set forth in Section 5 (the “Consulting Fees”). The Consulting Fees shall be paid in full no later than September 30, 2019.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay to Consultant a monthly consulting fee (the “Consulting Fee”) of $19,000.00 per Month from the Effective Date and thereafter monthly for a period of five full months from the Effective Date. The Consulting Fee shall be paid on the 1st day of each month following the Effective Date (pro-rated for any portion of a month following the Effective Date).

Consulting Fee. Provided that you # perform the Consulting Services to the Company’s satisfaction (as determined by the Company in its sole discretion), and # comply with your contractual obligations to the Company (including, without limitation, the obligations set forth herein), then the Company will pay you the following consulting fees during the Consulting Period:

Consulting Fee. For each one (1) year period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), to be paid on a schedule of twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500) per month in arrears.

Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 5 to the Consulting Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following

Consulting Fee. An hourly “Consulting Fee” of three hundred Dollars per hour ($300/hour), for each hour of service provided. Subject to the terms in Paragraph 9, [[Altimmune:Organization]] agrees to pay Consultant in fifty-hour increments on July 1, 2019, August 1, 2019, September 1, 2019, October 1,2019, November 1, 2019, and December 1, 2019. If Consultant exceeds fifty hours in any of the six months, Consultant shall invoice Company for services rendered on a monthly basis and such invoice will be paid within thirty (30) days after receipt by the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, # the Consulting Fee shall not exceed twenty thousand dollars per month without prior written approval; and # if Company disputes any invoice under Paragraph 3(a) or 3(b) in good faith, the parties agree to work promptly in good faith to resolve any such dispute, and during such time the deadline for payment of the invoice shall be extended.

Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 8 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following:
