Restricted Business. “Restricted Business” shall mean any business or activity that is competitive with a business in which the Partnership Group engaged during the twelve month period immediately preceding the Date of Termination.

Business Plan. Not later than sixty (60) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Loan Parties, the Business Plan of the Loan Parties certified by the chief financial officer, controller or vice president, finance, of the Borrower Agent.

Business Expenses. Executive shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred by Executive in performing services under this Agreement in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Company reimbursement policies, procedures, and practices as they may exist from time to time. All such reimbursements shall be made no later than the end of the calendar year following the year in which the expense was incurred.

Other Business. The Seller will not: # engage in any business other than the transactions contemplated by the Facility Documents, # create, incur, assume, suffer to exist, guarantee, or otherwise become or remain, directly or indirectly, liable with respect to any Debt, except for Debt evidenced by this Agreement or the other Facility Documents or # form or acquire any Subsidiary or make any investments in any other Person.

Business Expenses. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all outstanding expenses incurred prior to the Separation Date which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documenting such expenses. Executive is entitled to these reimbursements regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

Business Expenses. Ceridian HCM shall, consistent with its policies in effect from time to time, bear all ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by Employee in performing his or her duties as an employee of Ceridian HCM, provided that Employee accounts promptly for such expenses to Ceridian HCM in accordance with Ceridian HCM’s applicable expense reimbursement policy the manner prescribed from time to time by Ceridian HCM.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company customarily may require of its officers within sixty (60) days after such expenses have been incurred by the Executive; provided, however, that the maximum amount available for such expenses during any period may be fixed in advance by the CNCG Committee.

Business Expenses. During the term of Executive's employment, the Company will reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by him in connection with her employment upon timely submission by the Executive of receipts and other documentation in conformance with the Company’s written expense reimbursement policies and procedures as then in effect. This includes monthly cell phone expenses.

Business Days. If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day that is not a Business Day, the time period shall automatically be extended to the immediately following Business Day.
