Other Business. The Seller will not: # engage in any business other than the transactions contemplated by the Facility Documents, # create, incur, assume, suffer to exist, guarantee, or otherwise become or remain, directly or indirectly, liable with respect to any Debt, except for Debt evidenced by this Agreement or the other Facility Documents or # form or acquire any Subsidiary or make any investments in any other Person.

Other Business. The Seller will not: # engage in any business other than the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents, # create, incur or permit to exist any Debt of any kind (or cause or permit to be issued for its account any letters of credit (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, Letters of Credit issued hereunder) or bankers’ acceptances other than pursuant to this Agreement or the Intercompany Loan Agreements or # form any Subsidiary or make any investments in any other Person.

No Other Business or Debt. The Seller shall not engage in any business or activity except as set forth in this Agreement nor, incur any indebtedness or liability other than as expressly permitted by the Facility Documents.
