a breach by Neuren of any of its warranties or representations contained within this Agreement;

Relating to a breach of any of the representations and warranties in Section 8.1; or

any misrepresentation in or breach or inaccuracy of # Buyer Fundamental Representations or # the other representations and warranties of Buyer set forth in this Agreement; or

a breach by ACADIA of any of its warranties or representations contained within this Agreement; and

not take any action that would cause a breach of the representations and warranties contained herein;

Section # Remedies for Breach of Representations and Warranties. Upon discovery by any party hereto of a breach of any of the representations and warranties set forth herein, such discovering party shall give prompt written notice to the other party. It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the representations and warranties set forth herein will continue in full force and effect for the remaining life of all Loan Participations, notwithstanding termination of this Servicing Agreement for any reason.

any misrepresentation in or breach or inaccuracy of # such Seller’s Individual Seller Fundamental Representations; # Company Fundamental Representations, # the representations and warranties of such Seller (other than such Seller’s Individual Seller Fundamental Representations) set forth in this Agreement, or # the representations and warranties of the Company (other than the Company Fundamental Representations) set forth in this Agreement or any Ancillary Document;

any breach or misrepresentation in any of the representations and warranties made by Seller in this Agreement;

the material breach by Licensee of any of its representations, warranties or covenants set forth in Article 7;

Breach of Representations and Warranties by the Company. If the Company breaches any of the representations or warranties set forth in this [Section 3], and in addition to any other remedies available to the Buyer pursuant to this Agreement, it will be considered an Event of default under [Section 3.4] of the Note.
