any breach or misrepresentation in any of the representations and warranties made by Seller in this Agreement;

any breach or misrepresentation in any of the representations and warranties made by Seller in this Agreement;

any breach of any representation or warranty made by the Seller in this Agreement;

any breach of any representation or warranty made by the Buyer in this Agreement;

any Breach of any representations or warranties made by the Purchaser contained in this Agreement;

any untrue representation of or breach of warranty by the Seller in any part of this Agreement;

any breach of any representation or warranty made by the Sellers in this Agreement or in any Ancillary Agreement executed by a Seller;

any untrue representation of or breach of warranty by Buyer in any part of this Agreement;

any breach of any representation or warranty made by Seller in the Transaction Documents;

any misrepresentation or incorrectness in or breach by Assignor of any representation or warranty made by it contained in this Agreement;
