Aircraft contract clause examples

"Aircraft" means, as the context may require, the Airframe together with (i) the Engines, whether or not installed on the Airframe, (ii) all Parts or components thereof, (iii) spare parts or ancillary equipment or devices furnished with the Airframe or the Engines under this Lease, (iv) all items of equipment and other property, tangible and intangible, described in the Acceptance Certificate delivered on the Delivery Date and not otherwise described in the preceding portions of this definition, (v) all Aircraft Documents, (vi) all substitutions, replacements and renewals of any and all thereof, and (vii) all alterations, modifications and additions which may be made to, installed on or incorporated into the Aircraft, including but not limited to, those required pursuant to any Airworthiness Directive.

Aircraft. During the Term, the Company shall either: (i) contract with NetJets or a similar private business jet charter company to provide 24 hour-per-day, 365 day-per-year access to a Medium Cabin private aircraft for Executive’s business or personal travel; or (ii) purchase, lease or charter, and provide 24 hour-per-day, 365 day-per-year access to, a Medium Cabin private aircraft for Executive’s business or personal travel. Executive shall be entitled to up to seventy-five (75) hours of flight time for Executive’s designated non-Company use per calendar year pursuant to this Section, for which Executive shall not be required to reimburse the Company. To the extent Executive exceeds seventy-five (75) hours of non-Company flight time use in a calendar year, Executive shall reimburse the Company for any excess. The Company will withhold any required taxes or withholding with respect to the benefits described in this Section 4.4 from Executive’s Base Salary.

Aircraft” means the Bombardier Inc. model BD-700-1A10 (also known by its trade name Global 6000) aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 9587 and FAA Registration Number N99ZM, together with its two (2) Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd. & Co. KG model BR700-710A2-20 aircraft engines bearing manufacturer’s serial numbers 22305 and 22304, one (1) Honeywell model RE220[GX] auxiliary power unit bearing manufacturer’s serial number P-719, and the avionics, instruments, equipment, components, parts, accessories, appliances, and furnishings installed in or attached or appurtenant thereto, and related aircraft log books, maintenance and flight manuals and records.
