Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance. Workers compensation insurance as required by any Applicable Law, and employers liability insurance in amounts not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each accident for bodily injury by accident; One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) policy limit for bodily injury by disease; and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each employee for bodily injury by disease, and waiver by Tenants insurer of any right of subrogation against Landlord and Landlords property manager by reason of payment under such coverage.
Workers Compensation, Employer’s Liability coverage and Disability insurance as required by law covering employees, if any, of or any Affiliate and the General Contractor.
Tenant, on behalf of itself and its insurers, hereby waives any and all rights of recovery against the Landlord Parties with respect to any loss, damage, claims, suits or demands, howsoever caused, that are covered, or should have been covered, by valid and collectible workers’ compensation, employer’s liability insurance and other liability insurance required to obtained and carried by Tenant pursuant to this Article, including any deductibles or self-insurance maintained thereunder. Tenant agrees to endorse the required workers’ compensation, employer’s liability and other liability insurance policies to permit waivers of subrogation as required hereunder and hold harmless and indemnify the Landlord Parties for any loss or expense incurred as a result of a failure to obtain such waivers of subrogation from insurers. Such waivers shall continue so long as Tenant’s insurers so permit. Any termination of such a waiver shall be by written notice to Landlord, containing a description of the circumstances hereinafter set forth in this Section. Tenant, upon obtaining the policies of workers’ compensation, employer’s liability and other liability insurance required or permitted under this Lease, shall give notice to its insurance carriers that the foregoing waiver of subrogation is contained in this Lease. If such policies shall not be obtainable with such waiver or shall be so obtainable only at a premium over that chargeable without such waiver, then Tenant shall notify Landlord of such conditions and only in the event that such waiver is not obtainable, Tenant shall not be obligated to obtain such waiver.

Liability Insurance. Commercial General Liability insurance written on an ISO CG 00 01 10 93 or equivalent form, on an occurrence basis, with a per occurrence limit of at least $1,000,000, and a minimum general aggregate limit of at least $2,000,000, covering bodily injury and property damage liability occurring in or about the Premises or arising out of the use and occupancy of the Premises and/or the Project by Tenant or any Tenant Party. Such insurance shall include contractual liability coverage insuring Tenants indemnity obligations under this Lease, and shall be endorsed to name Landlord, any Holder of a Security Instrument and any other party specified by Landlord as an additional insured with regard to liability arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of the Premises.
Liability Insurance. Except as otherwise agreed to by the Company and Indemnitee in a written agreement, to the extent the Company maintains an insurance policy or policies providing directors' and officers' liability insurance, Indemnitee shall be covered by that policy or those policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any Company director or officer.
Indebtedness incurred by Intermediate Holdings, any Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries in respect of letters of credit, bank guarantees, bankers’ acceptances or similar instruments issued or created, or related to obligations or liabilities incurred, in the ordinary course of business, including in respect of workers compensation claims, health, disability or other employee benefits or property, casualty or liability insurance or self-insurance or other reimbursement-type obligations regarding workers compensation claims;
Insurance. Manager shall procure and maintain: # professional liability insurance covering Provider and Provider Professionals for products manufactured with commercially reasonable and prevailing levels of coverage on behalf of Provider at Provider’s expense; # adequate workers’ compensation liability insurance for Provider’s employees, including Provider Professionals, at Provider’s expense; and # a comprehensive general liability insurance policy covering the activities of Provider naming Manager, Manager’s employees, Provider and Provider Professionals as insureds at Provider’s expense.
Liability Insurance. In the event of a Change in Control, the Company shall maintain in force any and all insurance policies then maintained by the Company in providing insurance (directors and officers liability, fiduciary, employment practices or otherwise) in respect of the individual directors, company secretaries and officers of Relevant Companies, for a fixed period of six years thereafter (a Tail Policy). Such coverage shall be placed by the Companys incumbent insurance broker with the incumbent insurance carriers using the policies that were in place at the time of the Change in Control (unless the incumbent carriers will not offer such policies, in which case the Tail Policy placed by the Companys insurance broker shall be substantially comparable in scope and amount as the expiring policies, and the insurance carriers for the Tail Policy shall have an AM Best rating that is the same or better than the AM Best ratings of the expiring policies).
Liability Insurance. To the extent the Company maintains an insurance policy or policies providing directors’ and officers’ liability insurance, Indemnitee will be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any director and/or officer of the Company.
Liability Insurance. Commercial general liability insurance (and commercial umbrella insurance, if necessary to provide required limits), at least as broad as the Insurance Services Office (ISO) occurrence policy form CG 00 01, or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage as reasonably approved by Landlord, with limits of not less than per occurrence and annual aggregate, covering the insured against claims of bodily injury, broad form property damage and personal and advertising injury and including coverage for, premises and products/completed operations (including the use of owned and non-owned equipment), damage to rented premises, and blanket contractual liability (including tort liability of another party and Tenants liability for injury or death to persons and damage to property set forth in Paragraph 8.5 below). Coverage for personal and advertising injury may be carried under Tenants cyber/E&O insurance policy.
Liability Insurance. Consultant acknowledges that Company will not carry any liability insurance on behalf of Consultant. Consultant will maintain in force adequate liability insurance to protect Consultant from claims of personal injury (or death) or tangible or intangible property damage (including loss of use) that arise out of any act or omission of Consultant.
Indebtedness owed to (including obligations in respect of letters of credit or bank Guarantees or similar instruments for the benefit of) any Person providing workers compensation, health, disability or other employee benefits (whether to current or former employees) or property, casualty or liability insurance or self-insurance in respect of such items, or other Indebtedness with respect to reimbursement-type obligations regarding workers compensation claims, health, disability or other employee benefits (whether current or former) or property, casualty or liability insurance; provided that upon the incurrence of any Indebtedness with respect to reimbursement obligations regarding workers compensation claims, such obligations are reimbursed not later than 45 days following such incurrence;
# shall cause Architect and Engineer to obtain and maintain Architect’s or Professional Liability insurance, as well as General Liability, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Commercial Auto Liability, Worker’s Compensation/Employer’s Liability with limits, terms, conditions and limits acceptable to .
pledges or deposits in the ordinary course of business in connection with workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance and other social security legislation (other than any Lien imposed by ERISA), and deposits securing liability to insurance carriers under insurance or self-insurance arrangements;
Insurance. Maintain its property in good repair and will on request provide the with evidence of insurance coverage satisfactory to the , including fire and hazard, liability, workers’ compensation and business interruption insurance and flood hazard insurance as required.
Insurance for liability under the Workers Compensation or occupational disease laws of any state or other jurisdiction in which the Services are performed (or be a qualified self-insurer in those states and jurisdictions) or otherwise applicable with respect to persons performing the Services and Employers Liability insurance covering all claims by or in respect to the employees of Provider and all Consultants, providing:
