Words and Headings. Words in the masculine gender shall include the feminine and the singular shall include the plural, and vice versa, unless qualified by the context. Any headings used herein are included for ease of reference only, and are not to be construed so as to alter the terms hereof.

The headings in this Settlement have been inserted for reference only. Such headings shall not limit, modify or otherwise affect the terms and provisions hereof. Whenever the words “include”, “includes”, or “including” are used in this Agreement, they are deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”. The words “hereof”, “herein”, and “hereunder”, and words of similar import, when used in this Settlement, refer to this Settlement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Settlement.

Section # Gender and Number; Section Headings. Words importing a particular gender mean and include the other gender and words importing a singular number mean and include the plural number and vice versa, unless the context clearly indicated to the contrary. The section and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.

Gender, Tense and Headings. Whenever the context requires, words of the masculine gender used herein shall include the feminine and neuter, and words used in the singular shall include the plural. The words “hereof,” “hereunder,” “herein,” and similar compounds of the word “here” shall refer to the entire Plan and not to any particular term or provision of the Plan. Headings of Articles and Sections, as used herein, are inserted solely for convenience and reference and shall not affect the meaning, interpretation or scope of the Plan.

Headings; Gender. The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, each pronoun herein shall be deemed to include the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular and plural forms thereof. The terms “including,” “includes,” “include” and words of like import shall be construed broadly as if followed by the words “without limitation.” The terms “herein,” “hereunder,” “hereof” and words of like import refer to this entire Agreement instead of just the provision in which they are found.

The headings of sections of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement in any way. Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; words denoting any gender shall include all genders; and words denoting persons shall include bodies corporate, and vice versa.

Number and Gender of Words. Whenever the singular number is used, the same shall include the plural where appropriate, and words of any gender shall include each other gender where appropriate.

Headings. Headings in this Agreement are used solely for the convenience of the parties and shall not be deemed to be a limitation upon or descriptive of the contents of any Section hereof.

Headings. Headings are given to the Sections and subsections of the Plan solely as a convenience to facilitate reference. Such headings shall not be deemed in any way material or relevant to the construction or interpretation of the Plan or any provision thereof.
