Withholding. The Company shall have the right to deduct from all payments hereunder any taxes required by law to be withheld from such payments. The recipients of such payments shall bear all taxes on amounts paid under the Plan to the extent that no taxes are withheld thereon, irrespective of whether withholding is required.

The Company shall have the right to deduct from all payments under the Plan any federal, state or local taxes required by law to be withheld with respect to such payments.

Tax Withholding. The Company shall have the right to withhold from cash payments under the Plan to a Participant or other person an amount sufficient to cover any withholding taxes the Company reasonably determines are legally payable by the Participant.

Withholding Taxes. Whenever payments under the Plan are to be made, the Company will withhold therefrom an amount sufficient to satisfy any applicable governmental withholding tax requirements related thereto.

Withholding of Taxes. The Company may withhold from any amount payable or benefit provided under this Plan such Federal, state, local, foreign and other taxes as are required to be withheld pursuant to any applicable law or regulation.

The Company shall have the right to deduct or withhold, or require a Participant to remit to the Company, any taxes required by law to be withheld from Awards made under this Plan.

Section # Tax Withholding. The Company shall be entitled to withhold from any payment made under the Plan the full amount of any required federal, state or local taxes or such other amounts as may be required by applicable law.

Tax Withholding. The Company shall have the power and the right to deduct or withhold, or require a Participant to remit to the Company, the minimum statutory amount to satisfy federal, state, and local taxes, domestic or foreign, required by law or regulation to be withheld with respect to any taxable event arising as a result of this Plan.

Withholding. Any amount payable to a Participant or a beneficiary under the Plan shall be subject to any applicable federal, state and local income and employment taxes and any other amounts that the Company or a Subsidiary is required by law to deduct and withhold from such payment.

Withholding. There shall be deducted from each payment made under the Plan or any other compensation payable by the Employer to the Participant (or Beneficiary) all taxes which are required to be withheld by the Employer in respect to such payment or any other payment under this Plan. The Employer shall have the right to reduce any payment (or compensation) by the amount of cash sufficient to provide the amount of said taxes.
