The Participant’s withdrawal will be effective as of the next business day. Following a Participant’s withdrawal, the Company will promptly refund such individual’s entire account balance under the Plan to him or her (after payment for any Common Stock purchased before the effective date of withdrawal). Partial withdrawals are not permitted. Such an employee may not begin participation again during the remainder of the Offering, but may enroll in a subsequent Offering in accordance with Section 4, unless otherwise determined by the Administrator.

Withdrawal. A Participant may withdraw from participation in the Plan by delivering a written notice of withdrawal to his or her appropriate payroll location at least ten (10) calendar days before the end of the Offering. Following a Participant’s withdrawal, the Company will promptly refund such individual’s entire account balance under the Plan. Partial withdrawals are not permitted. A Participant may also suspend payroll deductions under the Plan by delivering a written notice of suspension to his or her appropriate payroll location at least ten (10) calendar days before the end of the Offering. The Participant’s suspension will be effective as of the next business day after such notice is delivered. Following a Participant’s suspension of payroll deductions, no further payroll deductions will be made but any accumulated payroll deductions in the Participant’s account as of the effective date of the suspension will be used to purchase Common Stock on the Exercise Date pursuant to Section 9. A Participant who has withdrawn or suspended participation may not begin participation again during the remainder of the Offering, but may enroll in a subsequent Offering in accordance with Section 4.
Section # Voluntary Withdrawal. A Participant may withdraw from participation in the Plan at any time. A Participant’s withdrawal shall be effective as of the Payday following delivery of written notice to the Committee, or as soon as administratively reasonable thereafter. The Committee shall notify the Custodian of the withdrawal of any Participant. As soon as administratively reasonable after the effective date of a Participant’s withdrawal from the Plan, the cash balance of the Participant’s Account shall be paid to him or her in cash. Upon a voluntary withdrawal of a Participant, the Participant may elect to have his or her shares sold by the Custodian and the proceeds, after selling expenses, remitted to him or her, or the Participant may elect to have the shares of Common Stock credited to his or her Account or a certificate (if the Common Stock is certificated) for the shares of Common Stock credited to the Participant’s Account forwarded to him or her. No partial withdrawals are permitted. Any Eligible Employee who withdraws from the Plan shall be entitled to resume payroll deductions and become a Participant only after compliance with Section 3.01.
Withdrawal. A Participant may withdraw from the Plan by properly completing and submitting to the Company a withdrawal form in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Committee, which must be submitted at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the last day of the applicable Offering Period. Upon withdrawal, any payroll deductions credited to the Participant’s Purchase Account prior to the effective date of the Participant’s withdrawal from the Plan will be returned to the Participant. No further payroll deductions for the purchase of Shares will be made during subsequent Offering Periods, unless the Participant properly completes and submits an election form, by the deadline prescribed by the Company. A Participant’s withdrawal from an offering will not have any effect upon his or her eligibility to participate in the Plan or in any similar plan that may hereafter be adopted by the Company.
Withdrawal. A Participant may withdraw all but not less than all of the payroll deductions credited to his or her account and not yet used to exercise his or her rights under the Plan at any time by giving written notice to the Company in a form acceptable to the Company no later than one week prior to the end of the Offering Period (or such shorter or longer period specified by the Administrator in the Offering Document). All of the Participant’s payroll deductions credited to his or her account during an Offering Period shall be paid to such Participant as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of notice of withdrawal and such Participant’s rights for the Offering Period shall be automatically terminated, and no further payroll deductions for the purchase of Shares shall be made for such Offering Period. If a Participant withdraws from an Offering Period, payroll deductions shall not resume at the beginning of the next Offering Period unless the Participant is an Eligible Employee and timely delivers to the Company a new subscription agreement.
Withdrawal . A Participant may elect to withdraw from the Plan by filing the prescribed form with the Company at the prescribed location. Such withdrawal may be elected at any time before the applicable Purchase Date, except as otherwise provided by the Committee. As soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, payroll deductions shall cease and the entire amount credited to the Participant’s Plan Account shall be refunded to him or her in cash, without interest. No partial withdrawals shall be permitted.
Voluntary Withdrawal from the Plan. A Participant may withdraw from the Plan by signing and delivering to the Company office or representative designated by the Company (including the Administrator) a written or electronic notice of withdrawal on a form provided by the Company for this purpose. Such withdrawal may be elected at any time prior to the end of an Offering Period; provided, however, that if a Participant withdraws from the Plan after a Purchase Date, the withdrawal shall not affect shares of Stock acquired by the Participant on such Purchase Date. A Participant who voluntarily withdraws from the Plan is prohibited from resuming participation in the Plan in the same Offering from which he or she withdrew, but may participate in any subsequent Offering by again satisfying the requirements of Sections 5 and 7(a). The Company may impose, from time to time, a requirement that the notice of withdrawal from the Plan be on file with the Company office or representative designated by the Company for a reasonable period prior to the effectiveness of the Participant’s withdrawal.
A Participant may withdraw all but not less than all of the funds accumulated in the Participant’s Account from the Plan during any Purchase Period by delivering a notice of withdrawal to the Company or the Employer (in a manner prescribed by the Committee or its designee) at any time up to but not including the fifteen days prior to the Purchase Date for such Purchase Period, or by such other time period in advance of the Purchase Date as the Committee or its designee may require. If notice of complete withdrawal from the Plan as described in the preceding sentence is timely received, the Participant will no longer be deemed a Participant in the Plan and the Company or the Employer will cease the Participant’s payroll withholding, or other contributions to the Plan, and all funds then accumulated in the Participant’s Account shall not be used to purchase shares of Common Stock, but shall instead be distributed to the Participant as soon as administratively feasible. An employee who has withdrawn from a Purchase Period may not return funds to the Company or the Employer during that or any other Purchase Period and require the Company or the Employer to apply those funds to the purchase of shares. Any Eligible Employee who has withdrawn from the Plan in accordance with this Section 9.1 may, however, choose to re-enroll in the Plan for a future Offering Period in accordance with Section 6. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee, during an Offering Period, a Participant may not otherwise change the rate of his or her contributions to the Plan.
