Other Defaults. The breach by any Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under another provision of this Section 8.1) of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement or any other Loan Document which is not remedied within 30 days after the earlier of # the date on which any Authorized Officer has actual knowledge thereof and # the receipt of written notice from any Agent or the Required Lenders.

Other Defaults. The breach by any Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under another provision of this Section 8.1) of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement or any other Loan Document which is not remedied within 30 days after the earlier of # the date on which any Authorized Officer has actual knowledge thereof and # the receipt of written notice from any Agent or the Required Lenders.

Other Defaults. The breach by any Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under another provision of this Section 8.1) of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement or any other Loan Party fails to perform or observe any other covenant or agreement (not specified in [Sections 8.01(a) or 8.01(b)] above) contained in any Loan Document which is not remedied withinon its part to be performed or observed and such failure continues for 30 days after the earlierfirst to occur of # the date on whichthat any AuthorizedExecutive Officer hasof any Loan Party obtains actual knowledge thereof andof such breach or # the receiptdate that the Administrative Agent delivers notice to Borrower or other Loan Party of written notice from any Agentsuch breach; or the Required Lenders.

Other Defaults.Defaults Under Loan Documents. The breach byBorrower shall fail to observe or perform any Borrowercovenant, condition or any Subsidiary Guarantoragreement contained in this Agreement (other than a breach which constitutes a Default under another provision of this Section 8.1) of any of the termsthose specified in [Sections 9.1(a) or provisions of this Agreement9.1(d)]) or any other Loan Document which is not remedied withinand such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 days after the earlier to occur of # the date on which any Authorized Officer has actualBorrower obtaining knowledge thereof and # the receipt of writtendate that notice from anythereof shall have been given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders.any Lender; or
