Waiver of Presentment, Etc. The Borrower waives presentment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest and notice of nonpayment and protest.

Waiver of Presentment, Etc. The Company hereby expressly waives presentment for payment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest and notice of protest. Acceptance by Holder of any payment that is less than the full amount then due and owing hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of Holder’s right to receive payment in full at such time or at any prior or subsequent time.

Waiver of Presentment and Other Conditions. The Canadian Borrowers waive presentment for payment and any other defense to payment of any amounts due to a Canadian Lender in respect of a Bankers’ Acceptance accepted and purchased by such Canadian Lender pursuant to this Agreement which might exist solely by reason of such Bankers’ Acceptance being held, at the maturity thereof, by such Canadian Lender in its own right. The Canadian Borrowers agree not to claim or require any days of grace or require the Canadian Agent or any Canadian Lender to claim any days of grace if any Canadian Lender as holder sues or otherwise commences legal proceedings for the payment of any Bankers’ Acceptance.

Waiver. [[Organization A:Organization]] hereby waives demand, notice, presentment, protest and notice of dishonor.

Waiver of Presentment, Notice of Dishonor, and Protest. Subject to the notice and cure, and grace period provisions of this Promissory Note, the Maker waives demand and presentment for payment, notice of protest, and protest of this Promissory Note.

Waiver. Maker, for itself and its legal representatives, successors, and assigns, expressly waives demand, notice of nonpayment, presentment for demand, presentment for the purpose of accelerating maturity, dishonor, notice of dishonor, protest, notice of protest, notice of maturity, and diligence in collection.

Waiver of Demand. The makers, guarantors, and endorsers hereof severally waive presentment for payment, protest, and notice of protest, and of nonpayment of this Note.

Section # Waiver by the Guarantors. Each Guarantor irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand, protest and any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against any Borrower, any other Guarantor or any other Person.

Waiver. The failure by any Party to enforce any of its rights under this Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights, unless such waiver is an express written waiver that has been signed by the waiving Party. Waiver of any one breach will not be deemed a waiver of any other breach of the same or any other provision of this Agreement.

Waiver. No waiver by either party of any default or nonperformance hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default or nonperformance. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party or parties to which the performance of duty is owed. No delay in the serving of any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of any right or remedy.
