Modification; Waiver. No provisions of this Agreement may be modified, waived, or discharged unless such waiver, modification, or discharge is agreed to in a writing signed by You and such officer as may be designated by the Board of Directors of the Corporation. No waiver by either party hereto at any time of any breach by the other party hereto of, or compliance with, any condition or provision of this Agreement to be performed by such other party shall be deemed a waiver of similar or dissimilar provisions or conditions at the same or at any prior or subsequent time.

Modification; Waiver. No modification or amendment to this Agreement, nor any waiver of any rights, will be effective unless assented to in writing by the Party to be charged, and the waiver of any breach or default will not constitute a waiver of any other right hereunder or any subsequent breach or default.

Waiver; Modification. If Company waives any term, provision or breach by me of this Agreement, such waiver shall not be effective unless it is in writing and signed by

Neither this Agreement nor any of its provisions may be modified, amended, discharged or terminated except in writing signed by the party against which the enforcement of such modification, amendment, discharge or termination is sought, and then only to the extent set forth in such writing. No failure of a party to insist upon strict performance by the other party of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to be a waiver of any such term or condition, or constitute an amendment or waiver of any such term or provision by course of performance, and each party, notwithstanding any failure to insist upon strict performance, shall have the right thereafter to insist upon strict performance by the other party of any and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any party may, in its sole and absolute discretion, waive, only in writing, any condition set forth in this Agreement to such party’s obligations under this Agreement which is for the sole benefit of the waiving party, in which event the non-waiving party or parties shall be obligated to close the transaction upon all of the remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Modification and Waiver. This Warrant and any provision hereof may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against which enforcement of the same is sought.

Modification and Waiver. No Oral Modification or Waiver. This Agreement may not be changed orally. No breach of any provision hereof can be waived by either party unless in writing. Waiver of any one breach by a party will not be deemed to be a waiver of any other breach of the same or any other provision hereof.

Modification, Waiver, Termination, and Cancellation. No supplement, modification, termination, cancellation or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the parties hereto. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar), nor shall such waiver constitute a continuing waiver.

Modification. No modification, waiver or amendment of this Work Letter or of any of its conditions or provisions shall be binding upon Landlord or Tenant unless in writing signed by Landlord and Tenant.
